Our original About Us section was written long before AI came on the scene and I love that no fancy computer coding or algorithm can improve on it. Why? Because being human is at the heart of everything we do. Yes, once or twice a decade we might make a very human mistake (and we will always fix it fast) but that’s a small price to pay for genuine care, realness and authenticity.

Ten years on our team is still very close-knit with a company culture that’s better than any organisation I know. We are just a bit bigger now and packed with people who are genuinely passionate about what they do and are brilliant at doing it. What hasn’t changed is the rush we get when we see small and medium-sized businesses grow their brands, punch well above their weight and win.
